CRIME IS THE NUMBER ONE ISSUE FOR VOTERS
Albuquerque, NM - The City Clerk gave official notice that there are nine, maybe 10 total candidates on the October 3, 2017 mayoral election ballot. While collecting signatures, the Michelle4Mayor Campaign asked voters about their major concerns. Crime emerged as the number one issue, especially property crime amongst individuals and business people in the community.
Michelle Garcia Holmes is an expert in public safety. In the weeks to come Garcia Holmes will release her “SAFE CITY, PROSPEROUS CITY PLAN” to deal with the violent, and property crime issues, in Albuquerque.
“I challenge all the candidates to publicly share their resumes, so voters can look at all candidate’s qualifications and have the opportunity to HIRE THE NEXT MAYOR,” said Garcia Holmes. “I have the resume, experience and commitment to making Albuquerque a safe city so our small businesses can thrive, and our citizens don’t have to walk around in fear of being victimized. My goal is to be at the top of the best list for business, tourism, and place to raise a family.”
